Madeleine Masterson

Madeleine Masterson

Hi everyone! My name is Madeleine Masterson, BSN RN. I am currently a student at Old Dominion University obtaining my MSN to become a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). I will be precepting with Susan over the course of the next few months, and eventually joining the practice once I pass my boards!

I have plenty of experience as an RN in all sorts of fields including inpatient adolescent psychiatry, pediatric intensive care (PICU), and outpatient surgery.

I love anything outdoors. Hiking, camping, running- you name it! Sometimes I’ll even drag my Puerto-Rican (previously street) dog, Kai, with me. I’m looking forward to connecting with you all and learning how I can serve you best! If you’re interested, I will be able to prescribe psychiatric medications and I’d love to be your medication management specialist around May 2025!
